As an Implementation Manager, you will direct consultants and analysts delivering client projects with Project Management and Service Delivery partners. Your work combines benefits administration knowledge, parameterized configuration, SQL, and Software Development Life Cycle understanding. You will establish priorities, maintain quality standards, and identify process improvements that help future implementations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-quality implementations and ongoing production support
- Direct consultants and analysts through coaching and talent development
- Plan schedules and allocate resources according to project demand
- Build client relationships and define partnership success criteria
- Track scope changes and maintain Technical Design Documents
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of software implementation experience
- Benefits, HR, or payroll industry experience
- Two-plus years managing relationships across multiple clients
- Understanding of SDLC and parameterized configuration
- Experience with SQL and management presentations
