Manage trucking, warehousing, and customer service operations for MacEwen’s growing fuel businesses, based in Milton, Ontario.
As Division Manager, you will lead DEF and Lubricants across Western Ontario and Commercial Fuels throughout the GTA. You will remain involved in daily requirements while planning resources for growth. The role includes dispatch, deliveries, inventory, invoicing, administration, and operational business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan operations and analyze business performance
- Review routes and deliveries for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliant, clean, and safe fleet operations
- Train, motivate, and support division employees
- Build supplier relationships for equipment and contracting services
Requirements:
- Asset-based transportation operations leadership experience
- Liquid bulk trucking experience considered an advantage
- Transportation dispatch experience considered an advantage
- Clear communication across organizational levels
- Exceptional business integrity and long-term focus
Use transportation leadership, dispatch knowledge, and operational planning skills to support MacEwen customers and division performance.
