Personal Banking Associate Owen Sound

Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Owen Sound through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education. This role offers 18.75 hours weekly.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will address day-to-day banking needs and guide customers toward suitable staff and solutions. You will support new accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and customer problem resolution. The position requires sound judgement with confidential matters and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through advice, transactions, and digital education
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters

Requirements:

• High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills
