Apply transactional judgment to legal AI evaluation remotely, using contract redlining and commercial agreement expertise on your own schedule.
OpenTrain AI seeks transactional lawyers with one to three years of private practice or in-house experience. You will create realistic commercial agreement scenarios, assess AI contract analysis, and explain legal reasoning clearly. The work supports more accurate contract-review systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mock negotiations and redline commercial deal documents
- Assess AI contract scenarios for accuracy and legal risks
- Apply the project scoring framework consistently
- Explain legal reasoning and provide practical model feedback
Requirements:
- One to three years of transactional legal experience
- Commercial documents experience, including master services agreements
- Experience with nondisclosure agreements and contract review
- Professional English fluency and strong communication skills
- Analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and clear feedback skills
