Membership Outreach Coordinator IMIS

Support IPAC members through database management, outreach, and responsive service in a virtual office environment. Apply accuracy and communication skills daily.

The Membership and Outreach Coordinator supports the Institute of Public Administration of Canada and its 19 Regional Groups. This position maintains membership records, manages IMIS activities, responds to inquiries, and promotes membership and job board offerings. Strong organization, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain IPAC’s membership database and protect its integrity
• Respond to member and non-member inquiries
• Implement membership renewal documentation
• Coordinate programming with 19 Regional Groups
• Manage IMIS and job board postings

Requirements:

• College diploma or relevant combination of experience
• Two to three years in a similar customer-facing role
• Previous database management experience
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Accuracy, initiative, judgment, and deadline management
