Our power & utilities client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist with Disaster Recovery Remediation & Enhancement program, including process development and facilitating stakeholder meetings for a billing system upgrade
Candidates will be working a hybrid schedule of in-office and WFH. Calgary candidates preferred, but open to Edmonton candidates
Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis with a focus on Disaster Recovery initiatives
- Experience with developing new Disaster Recovery Plans and Technical Recovery Guides (process analysis and technical writing)
- Strong Facilitation skills and working with multiple stakeholders and SME's
- Experience with billing systems, or multiple systems environments (Maximo, Oracle) and previous Utilities or Energy experience
Nice to Have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support the DR Gaps Remediation & Enhancement Program
- Work with a Sr. PM
- Report to the Technical Lead, Disaster Recovery & Resiliency Services
