Mental Health Program Coordinator

Coordinate complex program support for Mental Health and Addiction portfolios at Alberta Hospital Edmonton, using advanced organizational and analytical skills. Work days with regular full-time status and weekend days off.

As a Coordinator II, you will support Recovery Alberta program teams through specialized knowledge and complex project coordination. You will liaise across operations, procurement, workplace health and safety, information technology, facilities, environmental services, and Property Management. The position supports clinical teams and the Program Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, site operations, equipment, and furniture procurement
• Act as liaison for Recovery Alberta program teams
• Aid management of Alberta Hospital Edmonton transportation
• Lead site initiatives, projects, spaces, and processes
• Monitor supplies and surplus across supported portfolios

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
• Equivalent education may be considered
• Advanced or specialized skills supporting complex initiatives
• Project and operations management experience preferred
• Analytical and technical skills preferred

Support Alberta Hospital Edmonton programs through project coordination, operational liaison work, procurement, transportation, and resource monitoring.
