Developer Programs Lead

As the first Developer Programs Lead, the full-time remote position will manage Render's social presence, developer community, and developer programs, while setting the strategy for growth and overseeing team development. Key responsibilities Build and lead the team focused on social media, community engagement, and developer branding Own and manage Render's social media accounts, creating content and engaging with developers Develop and execute programs that expand Render's reach through community involvement and partnerships Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in social media, community, developer marketing, or brand management Proven experience in hiring and leading teams or building functions from the ground up Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content Demonstrated success in building developer communities or programs with measurable results Technical fluency to communicate effectively with developer audiences and write accurately about infrastructure
