Retail Human Resources Coordinator

Support Royal Service at Princess Auto through retail administration, human resources coordination, and scheduling for store Team Members and Leaders. This position is based in a store.

As a Retail Administrative Coordinator, you will provide general administrative and specific human resources support. You will help implement policies, support recruitment and orientation, and coordinate wellness and disability management processes. You will also manage scheduling through the time and attendance system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and human resources support to store Team Members
• Facilitate policy implementation across the store
• Support recruitment, selection, and orientation activities
• Coordinate wellness and disability management processes
• Manage scheduling using the time and attendance system

Requirements:

• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidential, respectful, and integrity-driven approach
