Turn Toyota product knowledge into customer solutions as a Sales Consultant at Strickland’s Stratford Toyota, working full-time with CRM software and vehicle demonstrations.
This Sales Consultant role supports customers throughout vehicle purchases, financing, leasing, and deliveries. You will assess needs, recommend vehicles, explain Toyota features, and coordinate with dealership departments. The position suits candidates with automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and recommend vehicles matching preferences and budgets
- Demonstrate Toyota features through test drives
- Explain financing, leasing, warranties, and related services
- Coordinate deliveries and explain vehicle operation
- Maintain follow-up supporting repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive sales or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CRM software and computer application proficiency
- Valid driver's licence, clean record, and Ontario registration
