Shoppers Drug Mart Merchandising Associate

Support consumer-focused displays and organized inventory as a Merchandising Associate in a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store. Flexible shifts include nights and weekends.

This Merchandising Associate manages product presentation, backroom organization, receiving, and customer assistance. Daily work includes using PDT and MMS Systems, following BIMI processes, and maintaining Store Standards. The position supports Front Store management while keeping customers at the centre of store service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize backroom product through BIMI processes
• Use PDT and MMS Systems for daily tasks
• Maintain shoppable, consumer-focused product displays
• Receive merchandise and complete required documentation
• Acknowledge and assist customers in aisles

Requirements:

• Some computer and cash register skills
• Planning, judgement, and decision-making ability
• Organized, neat, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
