Restaurant Operations Assistant Manager Subway

Support Subway restaurant performance with food service oversight, inventory support, and staff scheduling. Work full time or part time across available day, evening, or weekend shifts.

This Assistant Manager position combines Shift Manager responsibilities with broader operational support. You manage a staff of four to twelve, assist with ordering, and help coordinate restaurant events and promotions. You also help maintain functional, clean, and safe facilities while ensuring food is prepared and served properly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
