Build mortgage business in Orillia with TD through relationship management and proven sales expertise. This position offers a flexible work schedule.
As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will develop new business within TD’s personal and small business banking business. The work emphasizes referrals, customer relationships, networking, and strategic sales development. Targeted training builds mortgage sales skills and credit knowledge for the sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target referrals from realtors, builders, and financial planners
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Develop new mortgage business proactively
- Make joint sales calls with your manager
- Use TD’s sales management system
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record
- Exceptional quality sales skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Networking and relationship management skills
- Retail banking or credit adjudication knowledge preferred
