KognitiveSales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants for major retail locations across Canada. You will explain credit card benefits, understand customer needs, and guide suitable applications. The work centers on customer experience, relationship building, brand awareness, and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage retail customers and explain credit card benefits clearly
- Listen to needs and recommend products fitting customer lifestyles
- Become the in-store financial product expert
- Build relationships with store teams across assigned locations
- Protect customer information with professional confidentiality
Requirements:
- Strong communication and active listening abilities
- Comfort with sales goals and exceeding targets
- Previous sales experience is an asset, not required
- Willingness to complete criminal and credit checks
- Vehicle access or valid driver’s license helpful, not required
