Use structured problem-solving and consulting skills as an Operations Improvement Business Analyst at EFESO, with remote work and weekly Montreal travel.
This full-time role supports operational and performance improvement projects of varying size and complexity. Work collaboratively with clients and consulting teams to design recommendations, guide change initiatives, and deliver measurable financial and operational results. Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, and continuous improvement supports the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute operational improvement projects
- Build strong client relationships and understand client needs
- Deliver high-quality, actionable insights to clients
- Manage project scopes, schedules, resources, and final presentations
- Track manufacturing trends, technologies, and challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- Consulting experience preferred, with two years minimum experience
- Manufacturing or industrial engineering experience required
- Ability to interpret financial statements and P&L
- Strong communication, business acumen, and analytical skills
Apply consulting judgment, change execution, and operational improvement expertise while supporting EFESO clients across manufacturing environments.
