Develop aerospace engineering experience through a 16-month, in-person internship at Cesaroni Technology Inc. in Gormley, Ontario, beginning May 2027.
Designed for third-year undergraduate students, this internship combines hands-on manufacturing with technical problem-solving and engineering applications. Approximately 80% of the work involves motor-case manufacturing, while remaining duties support operations and projects. Mentorship provides industry insight into design, procedures, testing, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce motor cases through each manufacturing lifecycle stage
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operations
- Support technical challenges and aerospace solution development
- Assist with engineering and design projects
- Perform testing supporting aerospace product reliability
Requirements:
- Third-year student in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- Enrollment at a Canadian university is required
- Strong technical and practical problem-solving abilities
- Comfort using manufacturing equipment, hand, and power tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
