Support tenant wellness through clean residential spaces as a Cleaner at Broadstreet Properties' Anderton Place in Comox, BC.
This Cleaner position focuses on maintaining a welcoming apartment building through regular and detailed cleaning. Responsibilities include entrances, hallways, appliances, walls, carpets, windows, and other interior areas. You will also attend pre-move-out and annual inspections, provide estimates, and support exterior maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean entrances and hallways
- Clean appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, and windows
- Clean baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards
- Provide cleaning estimates during required inspections
- Support exterior building maintenance
Requirements:
- Knowledge of different cleaning products
- Basic computer skills for required tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel between sites
