Develop automotive lending expertise in Nanaimo by coordinating finance applications, lender communication, deal structure, and compliant documentation.
As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will work with the General Manager and sales team at a used car dealership. The position suits someone with sales experience who wants to learn automotive financing, lending, and compliance. Training and advancement toward Finance Manager are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with submitting finance applications
- Communicate with lenders throughout deal processing
- Learn deal structures supporting approval and profitability
- Review and organize finance documentation
- Ensure paperwork meets regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is required
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong organization and paperwork accuracy
- Professional, confident communication style
- Software experience is an asset
