Part-Time Mystery Shopper Auditor

Conduct in-person audits as a part-time Mystery Shopper Auditor with Serve Legal, assessing customer service and reporting site experiences. Flexible assignments fit around work or education.

Serve Legal recruits self-employed auditors aged 16 and over for supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, and other sites. You will make specified purchases, assess customer service standards, and report each experience. Area Managers allocate suitable assignments while considering commitments and travel limitations. The role covers the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mystery shopping audits at assigned sites
• Make specific purchases according to assignment briefs
• Assess customer service standards during visits
• Report experiences after completing each audit
• Communicate with Area Managers about suitable assignments

Requirements:

• Must be aged 16 or over
• Availability for part-time, flexible assignments
• Self-employed status with personal tax responsibilities
• Ability to manage travel limitations and commitments
• Responsibility for National Insurance contributions
