Support UPS technology users with hardware troubleshooting and software deployments in Surrey, British Columbia, during a permanent evening shift. Technical customer support anchors this full-time position.
As a Technology Support Analyst, you will support corporate standard technology products for users and external customers. The work includes hardware and software planning, technical advice, informal training, and routine service restoration. You will also coordinate installations, upgrades, network facilities, implementations, and project support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform external customer integrations and installations
- Assist with facility technology management activities
- Fulfill service requests and address customer requests
- Interface with customers, teams, and associates
- Conduct TSG technical disaster recovery procedures
Requirements:
- Technical experience and familiarity with hardware
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and working car
- Willingness and ability to travel between work-area sites
