Optical Clinic Patient Care Coordinator

Coordinate optical clinic care at FYidoctors Grande Prairie through patient-focused service, appointment management, and eyewear support across a full-time schedule.

This Patient Services Specialist position supports patients throughout their clinic visits and communications. You will coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, manage payments, and assist with eyewear pick-ups. Strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and a passion for connecting with patients are important for this work.
