Build customer relationships at TD Canada Trust by providing financial guidance, solving banking concerns, and explaining digital services in Markham.
This Personal Banking Associate Trainee opportunity serves customers through advice, transactions, referrals, and problem resolution. You will identify needs, recommend banking solutions, protect confidential information, and help customers gain confidence using digital channels. The role includes training and mobility within the Assigned District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and exercise judgement with confidential matters
- Resolve customer banking problems and report non-standard issues
- Refer customers to appropriate staff or internal Bank partners
- Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
- Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Communicate effectively with customers and related teams
- Remain mobile within the Assigned District
Develop advisory, referral, and customer resolution capabilities while supporting TD Canada Trust’s branch banking experience in Markham.
