Right Time seeks full-time Dispatchers for its remote National Dispatch Team. You will coordinate field technicians, contact customers about appointment changes, and provide service to internal and external customers. The work requires computer proficiency, critical thinking, and professional communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across Canadian branches
• Contact customers about appointment changes promptly
• Collect customer data accurately and efficiently
• Follow established instructions, processes, and procedures
• Anticipate and respond to unique customer needs

Requirements:

• Ontario residency for this available position
• Microsoft Office and Google Maps proficiency
• Professional English communication and listening skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
