Coordinate Silk & Snow’s online merchandising through product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer-focused website updates. Apply careful digital execution.
This E-commerce Coordinator supports the health and optimization of Silk & Snow’s online store. You will maintain product copy, imagery, feature highlights, size guides, navigation, and landing pages. The position also supports promotional execution, pricing accuracy, seasonal campaigns, launches, and quality assurance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product copy, imagery, highlights, and size guides
- Coordinate pricing files and promotional website execution
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and site updates
- Complete pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance testing
- Identify opportunities improving conversion, usability, and customer journeys
Requirements:
- Marketing, eCommerce, or related university or college credential
- One to three years’ relevant professional, internship, or co-op experience
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for digital design
- Proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems independently
- Interest in exceptional online shopping experiences and e-commerce
