Shipping Associate Edmonton Logistics

Coordinate accurate outbound shipments in Edmonton as a full-time Shipping Associate using packing slips, courier portals, and pump trucks.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this regular, full-time position supports timely delivery at NCS International Co. You will inspect products, consolidate orders, create Bills of Lading, prepare skids, and assist customers and carrier drivers. The work also includes maintaining the shipping area and completing assigned projects for Shipping Managers or Leads. NCS International Co. distributes electrical, electronic, datacom, fibre optic cable, cable accessories, and wire across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming products against packing slips for accuracy
• Consolidate products with corresponding customer orders
• Create Bills of Lading for outbound shipments
• Process courier shipments through online portals
• Move shipments into lanes using a pump truck

Requirements:

• Completed high school diploma
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
• Good mathematics and English communication skills
• Forklift certification considered an asset
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
