Inventory Control Receiving Coordinator

Inventory control and receiving coordination define this role, with cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and accurate product receipts at the facility. Support productivity, delivery reliability, and safety objectives through organized inventory activities.

The Inventory Control Coordinator manages receiving activities and inventory processes. Responsibilities include administering shipments, addressing received defects, maintaining documentation, and supporting physical inventories. The position also assists with purchase orders, product tagging, invoicing, and branch transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer shipments received into the facility
• Identify and address defects against acceptable standards
• Assist with cycle counts and repair inventory issues
• Organize physical inventories and maintain on hold logs
• Complete receiving documentation and required signatures

Requirements:

• Post secondary Supply Chain, Logistics education, or equivalent experience
• Minimum one to three years inventory control or receiving coordination experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Analytical, detail oriented, accurate, and dependable approach
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively
