This Manager in Training position develops leaders through hands-on restaurant experience. You begin as a Customer Service Representative and Pizza Maker, then learn shift leadership before advancing into assistant management. Training progresses from the ground up at a manageable pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations during assigned shifts
• Control costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations
• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Prepare consistent products using recipes and baking procedures
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional appearance standards
