Digital Brand Content Manager

Lead content direction for growing digital brands as a Social Media Manager based on-site in Concord. Shape distinctive voices across platforms and audiences.

This role combines social media ownership with hands-on brand communications. You will determine content priorities, write compelling copy, collaborate with creative teams, and develop campaign concepts for one or two brands. Email messaging, audience targeting, and testing also support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain brand voice and tone across social channels
• Write social copy for different platforms and audiences
• Collaborate on creative briefs, concepts, and campaign assets
• Coordinate email targeting, offers, requirements, and scheduling
• Test messaging and send times to improve campaigns

Requirements:

• Two or more years in social, digital, or brand marketing
• Excellent written English and adaptable communication style
• Strong understanding of relevant, engaging content
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
• Email, creator, influencer, or paid social experience is an asset
