This Branch Manager Development Program supports ambitious leaders preparing to lead a Scotiabank branch. Participants gain broad retail network experience while developing the skills and knowledge required for branch leadership. Initial training typically lasts three to six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete an immersive branch leadership training journey
- Build skills and knowledge across Scotiabank's retail network
- Train at one or more designated locations
- Accept placement into branch manager opportunities after training
- Travel or relocate within the identified market
Requirements:
- Ambition to accelerate a branch leadership career
- Willingness to complete three to six months training
- Flexibility to accept assignments across listed locations
- Ability to travel or relocate within the geographic area
- Comfort working across Hamilton and Niagara Districts
