Infrastructure Security Engineer Meraki Intune

Build secure infrastructure with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Intune as a mid-level engineer supporting JD Sports Canada’s growing store estate.

This hands-on infrastructure and security engineering role focuses on technical delivery, not strategy or people leadership. You’ll work across network, endpoint, and security platforms, including Meraki, Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 security, and centralised logging. Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll own implementation while contributing to designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardise Meraki firewall, SD-WAN, and wireless configurations
• Expand logging and security monitoring across stores, cloud, and SaaS
• Manage Intune compliance, applications, and operating-system patching
• Deploy email and endpoint security platforms
• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and platform APIs

Requirements:

• Three to five years in infrastructure, systems, or security engineering
• Multi-site Cisco Meraki experience across MX, MS, and MR
• Working experience with Intune and Entra ID
• Microsoft 365 security and Defender knowledge
• Exposure to SIEM or centralised logging platforms
