Sew Industries Inc. is hiring an experienced Fabric Cutter to lead cutting room operations. The role focuses on minimizing waste, maximizing fabric yield, and supporting accurate sewing components. Candidates use automatic, straight knife, and rotary blade cutting machines across varied fabric types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic cutting machines for large fabric volumes
- Match patterns across plaids, stripes, and repeating prints
- Use straight knife and rotary blade machines
- Inspect rolls for flaws, shading, and defects
- Bundle and label pieces for sewing hand-off
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- At least one year operating sewing machines
- Hands-on experience operating cutting machines
