Hospitality Guest Experience Manager

Create memorable guest experiences with Pursuit by leading hospitality teams, resolving concerns, and strengthening service standards across food and beverage outlets. This full-time, year-round position begins in October.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports a positive, high-functioning team and continuous improvement of guest and employee experiences. You will train staff to deliver thoughtful service, maintain food quality and hygiene, and help ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations. The position also supports hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create consistent guest experiences and improve service standards
• Train teams on guest communication and outlet procedures
• Address complaints and provide immediate service resolutions
• Oversee dining areas, storage, cleanliness, and food hygiene
• Support hotel areas through one guest, one experience

Requirements:

• Five or more years in the food and beverage industry
• Proven record maintaining high organizational standards
• Positive, calm, consistent, and focused leadership
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to communicate and uphold service standards
