Freight Operations Warehouse Coordinator

Coordinate freight staging, shipment documentation, and inventory tracking at BBE’s Edmonton location, where reliable handling supports complex logistics operations.

This Warehouse Acceptance Agent role supports freight from arrival through warehouse processing and transport preparation. You will prioritize shipments, organize pickups and deliveries, and communicate with vendors and operational partners. The position requires detailed records, timely issue resolution, and consistent attention to safe handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stage orders according to schedule
• Pick, load, consolidate, and prioritize shipments
• Manifest freight and verify accompanying documentation
• Organize pickups, deliveries, and billing promptly
• Resolve client or process issues as required

Requirements:

• High attention to detail
• Logistics and transportation experience considered an asset
• Shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience considered an asset
• Forklift and equipment operating experience considered an asset
• CIFFA, SCMP, or similar certification considered an asset
