Cosmetics Customer Service Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service in Walmart Cosmetics while promoting products, locating merchandise, and supporting salesfloor operations. Work in Slave Lake, Alberta.

As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will support customer shopping experiences and help drive loyalty in Cosmetics and Health and Beauty. You will guide purchase decisions, resolve issues, maintain merchandise presentation, and refer concerns appropriately. The position requires safe, policy-compliant handling of merchandise and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
• Promote products and services while locating merchandise
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
• Stock, rotate, price, and display merchandise
• Handle claims, returns, security, paperwork, and documentation

Requirements:

• Must be age 16 or older
• Ability to support Cosmetics and Health and Beauty customers
• Ability to use equipment appropriately
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
