Dining Services Kitchen Assistant

Make resident dining welcoming at Atria Senior Living with kitchen support, table service, and strong communication. Help maintain the standards behind every meal.

This Kitchen Utility Worker supports all areas of the kitchen and dining room. The position includes assisting wait staff, preparing dining spaces, and helping execute special events, banquets, theme meals, and Art of Atria Dining programs. Teamwork supports resident satisfaction with food and dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and promote restaurant-style dining
• Assist wait staff with dining room service
• Bus tables and prepare dining areas for meals
• Participate in pre-meal kitchen stand-ups
• Support banquet and theme meal preparation

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with residents and coworkers
• Ability to work cooperatively across kitchen areas
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Ability to follow Quality Enhancement standards
• Ability to follow standard food safety practices
