Managing a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Team Lead will oversee case processing activities, maintain project-specific KPIs, and support cross-departmental initiatives while working remotely from Lisbon, Portugal. Key responsibilities Line manages assigned ICSR staff and supports project activities for clients Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to optimize ICSR team efficiency Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases Required qualifications Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role Fluency in English (spoken and written) Proficient in MS Office with strong technical skills Demonstrated organizational and delegation skills
