Graphic Design Assistant Co-op

Create promotional graphics for CSI at Conestoga College’s Doon Campus while applying Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.

The Graphic Design Assistant Co-op develops advertising, signage, branding, and social media materials for CSI events and activities. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this position works closely with departments and the Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Work may occur at other locations or remotely, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and distribute print and digital promotional materials
• Create social media graphics, advertisements, and updated signage
• Maintain accurate bulletin board materials and activity calendars
• Follow CSI branding regulations across promotional communications
• Support displays, campus posters, and advertising submissions

Requirements:

• Full-time enrollment as a fee-paying Conestoga College student
• Enrollment in an approved program and Co-op Work Term
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience
• Access to Adobe Creative Suite and suitable computer
• Creative design ability, accuracy, reliability, and deadline management
