ONTARIO LTD, operating as TAHA College, seeks a self-motivated Computer Technician. The permanent full-time position supports college users and students experiencing technical difficulties. You will diagnose problems, implement solutions, provide training, and support network and Internet access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with users and students about technical difficulties
• Document problems experienced by computer users
• Research solutions using technical manuals and user guides
• Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical problems
• Provide network, Internet, and user training support

Requirements:

• Complete college program in computer science, programming, or network administration
• Demonstrate good time management skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Provide first-line technical support to college users
