Remote Mortgage Agent Broker

8Twelve seeks new or experienced Mortgage Agents for its expanding network. You will manage multiple deals, nurture relationships, and improve process efficiency. The role includes hands-on training, coaching, underwriting support, and access to sales and marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal pipelines against service standards and financial goals
• Establish relationships and support informed client decisions
• Oversee applications, documents, submissions, conditions, and closings
• Follow up with clients throughout mortgage processes
• Mediate between lenders and borrowers seeking mortgage loans

Requirements:

• Mortgage Agent License
• One to three years of sales experience
• High School Diploma
• Organized, motivated, and self-starting approach
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
