Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant (Every Second Week Option for Extra Hours & Summer Full-Time) We are a warm, active family in East St. Paul seeking a reliable, live-out part-time nanny/family assistant for our two elementary elementary school-aged boys. Above all else, our top priority is finding the right long-term personality fit for our family. Once we find the right person, we are happy to tailor the total hours around what works best for you! Schedule & Hours: * Core Childcare Schedule (Every Second Week): We need support for a couple of hours in the evenings every second week, plus a few hours on that weekend. * Guaranteed/Supplemented Hours Available: If you are looking for more consistent weekly hours, we are happy to supplement the schedule with light housekeeping duties so you can easily reach your desired number of hours. * Summer Growth: Hours will increase heading into the summer, with the potential for near full-time/expanded hours through the summer months (and continuing with regular hours into Fall 2027). Day-to-Day Details: * Activities & Driving: A key part of the evening shifts (every second week) involves driving the boys to and from their after-school activities and sports practices. * With the Boys: Supervising the boys, helping with homework, and engaging in fun activities at home. * Pets & Home: We have a friendly dog, so being comfortable around dogs is important (pet care itself is minimal). Requirements: * Experience working with school-aged children * A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle Compensation: Starting at $17/hour (plus mileage/gas allowance for activity driving), with higher rates offered based on your experience and qualifications.
