Marketing Development Assistant

Support audience and fund development at The Citadel Theatre using strong communication, database, and Microsoft Office skills.

The full-time Marketing and Development Assistant works with the Marketing and Development Team. This position supports departmental Audience and Fund Development goals through sponsor stewardship, donor relations, fundraising events, ticketing initiatives, media tracking, and database management. Occasional evening availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sponsor stewardship and corporate relations activities
• Support donor stewardship and donor relations activities
• Assist fundraising event planning and execution
• Maintain accurate, current databases for the team
• Manage ticketing initiatives and promotional media summaries

Requirements:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency and strong computer skills
• Experience with content management systems and database software
• Weekday availability with occasional evening availability
