Fraud Investigation Operations Intern

Analyze fraud alerts in Denver as a Fraud Operations Intern, using critical thinking and pattern detection to protect Robinhood customers. In-person attendance is expected at least three days weekly.

Robinhood’s Fraud Investigation team seeks a currently enrolled student for end-to-end account investigations. You will review suspected fraud, determine fraud or no-fraud, and identify emerging trends through data analysis. The work supports timely resolution, account remediation, and reduced fraud exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review proactive and reactive suspected fraud alerts
• Investigate accounts using internal and external tools
• Analyze patterns to identify emerging fraud trends
• Document alert rationales and submit necessary referrals
• Communicate with customers about active fraud investigations

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a full-time degree in a related field
• Expected graduation during Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
• Interest in fraud typologies and investigation processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration experience
