Deliver trusted eye care at Pearle Vision with patient-focused diagnosis, recommendations, and clinical protocol execution. Support seamless experiences from greeting through care.
As an Associate Optometrist, you create exceptional value in patients’ lives while leading NECE execution. You partner with store leadership, communicate with associates, and help ensure beneficial patient outcomes. The work includes clinical coaching, training, feedback, staffing collaboration, and attention to office standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient and customer service through NECE
- Assist with greeting patients and answering phones when needed
- Uncover patient needs and prescribe suitable products and services
- Deliver timely, constructive feedback to doctors and associates
- Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve total store success
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry
- Current optometric technology and practices knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Strong organization and time management skills
