Empire Life seeks a Service Representative for its Retail Operations team. You will process applications, manage service requests, and resolve customer enquiries. The work requires office experience, attention to detail, and comfort navigating multiple systems. You will support internal and external sources while completing account-related follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications within established service standards
- Handle service requests accurately and promptly
- Resolve complex problems for customers
- Investigate simple cases and complete follow-up changes
- Answer account administration and transaction enquiries
Requirements:
- At least one year of office experience
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to navigate multiple systems with accuracy
- English required; French and college diploma assets
