Workforce Scheduling Coordinator

Coordinate field personnel schedules with Microsoft Excel expertise and workforce data analysis at FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation. Support operational requirements daily.

This Workforce Planning Coordinator supports the department manager across scheduling, assignments, work orders, and employee communications. The position maintains workforce records, reviews timesheets and labor allocations, and analyzes operational data. It also helps protect reporting accuracy and data integrity across Field Controls operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule field personnel according to work orders and project requirements
• Allocate employees and adjust assignments as operational needs change
• Communicate schedules, assignments, changes, and operational requirements
• Maintain accurate schedules, assignments, and workforce records
• Monitor work order updates, statuses, and completion records

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
• Three to five years in scheduling, coordination, administration, or analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
