Optima Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and visitors. This role involves routine cleaning, attention to detail in laundry, and a commitment to promoting dignity and joy among seniors. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager to ensure all tasks align with Optima Living’s mission of person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
• Maintain tidy bedrooms and common areas
• Change linens and make beds routinely
• Respond to special cleaning requests promptly
Requirements:
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely
• Flexibility to work various shifts
