You will select quality products, process transactions, and communicate about substitutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Fill customer e-commerce orders accurately with quality products
• Assist customers with general questions and maintain positivity
• Scan products and process debit, credit, cash, and gift cards
• Contact customers about order accuracy and product substitutions

Requirements:

• No previous experience required; training is provided
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Resourceful, courteous approach to customer questions
• Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Move up to 50 pounds and remain mobile throughout shifts
