Use Fanuc programming and injection molding expertise with TG Minto Corporation in Ontario. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
This Machine Group Specialist (Mechanical) supports robotic assembly and automation operations for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. You will install injection molding equipment, develop robotic End of Arm Tooling, and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical control circuits. The position works with machine group, design, programming, and field personnel to support reliable equipment and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install injection molding and robotic assembly equipment
- Program Fanuc robots for part take-out applications
- Troubleshoot low-voltage electrical control circuits
- Communicate critical mechanical and electrical changes
- Provide technical assistance to field personnel and contractors
Requirements:
- Five years of experience in a similar role
- Robotics or automation technician certificate preferred
- Knowledge of applicable mechanical procedures and regulations
- Computer knowledge and balanced decision-making ability
- Availability for occasional overtime when required
