Walmart Fashion Retail Associate

Deliver customer service and fashion merchandising at Walmart Canada in Miramichi, maintaining organized salesfloor standards. Support customers while processing, stocking, and presenting fashion merchandise.

As a Fashion Associate, you will build retail skills through customer assistance, merchandise processing, stocking, and seasonal merchandising. You will help maintain modular and signage integrity while contributing to daily task execution. The work includes keeping the salesfloor clean, tidy, safe, and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and assist with merchandise and purchase decisions
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise
• Keep the salesfloor clean and tidy
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items correctly
• Replenish and merchandise seasonal products promptly

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Customer service interest within retail or fashion
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain secure displays and fixtures
• Ability to use proper signage and supplies
