Deliver excellent customer service at Dollar Tree in East Gwillimbury while managing transactions and supporting a well-stocked store. This part-time position combines customer assistance with retail operations.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will answer questions, make recommendations, and create positive interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. You will operate an assigned cash register, protect company assets, replenish merchandise, and maintain store presentation. Customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
- Manage sales transactions at an assigned cash register
- Maintain cash security and protect company assets
- Stock, recover, receive, and replenish merchandise
- Clean and maintain neat, presentable store areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or related customer service experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
